For those that played FFXI they would understand the /cry... For those that didn't, they probably get the gist of it too.

But why am I /cry? Well, I just saw the movie Eragon, I read the book months and months ago and recommended that is should be read. If you have read the book, don't see the movie... well, atleast get a hypnotist to make you think that everytime they say eragon or Sapphira you hear something else, then you could believe it was a different movie. You may ask why? Well, the book if you were to ask me, had more plot and character development then Fellowship of the Rings, (if your a LOTR fanatic to yell at me I'm not saying LOTR is bad or has no plot, just saying the two Eragon books that are out has more.) but was given about half the time length to put it in. And as far as the movie vs book went, it felt to me like they read paraphrases of each chapter, then wrote the script on that, then they threw in the whole dark foreboding feel of LOTR in. It didn't work that well... even the Urguls who were supposed to be BIG humanoid monsters with freaking big horns on their heads were turned into tanned skin orcs.

... okay, wait... I'm starting to rant, and if you read this and want to see the movie I don't want to completely ruin it. So I'll stop.

Anyway, I read the book and hated it, my family didn't and enjoyed it. So if you didn't read the book you may very well enjoy the movie. But if you did, don't expected anything at all.

Other then that everything is going well, not smoothly but well. I'm getting transferred in my job from one department to a new one, which will screw over any thought I had of free time. And I hadn't had a lot of time for anything like FFXI or even WoW.

But, this is the cool thing, and a big reason I don't have free time. For Xmas I got two Ferrets. And Ferrets are awesome, noisy as hell, but awesome. I had them for 6 days and already trained one to come when I call. But litter training is a bit more difficult. And the 2nd doesn't accept bribes so training is hard.

Eh, I have finished calming down now. So I'm gonna stop my venting and put an end to this post.
